RETURNS
ErgoForm.com accepts returns subject to the following terms and conditions. Please note that the individual manufacturers’ return policies take precedence in most circumstances.
- An RA (Return Authorization) number must be issued in order to return a product. Contact ErgoForm.com Customer Support at 330-674-0160 or orders@ergoform.com for return details including RA numbers and specific manufacturer policies. No credit will be issued for products returned without an approved RA number.
- Products may only be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Only products in “like new,” saleable condition or products that are defective upon arrival may be returned.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless product was received defective on arrival.
- There will be a restocking fee of 15% on product returns or as otherwise noted depending on the individual manufacturers’ return policies (see manufacturers’ return policies below).
- There are absolutely no returns on special orders or custom made products. Most seating options other than recommended options fall under this category.
- Once the returned items are received, inspected and approved, your credit card account will be credited for the amount purchased less applicable restocking fees.
MANUFACTURERS’ RETURN POLICIES
3M
In order to determine allowable return good eligibility, the timing of the eligibility is calculated between the 3M Ship Date and the Return Date. 3M Ship Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) shipped from 3M to the customer. Return Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) is physically received by 3M or a 3M authorized agency. All returns must be pre-authorized by ErgoForm.com. Only PRODUCT(S) in original containers and in salable condition will be considered for return. 3M reserves the right to judge salability. The shelf life of adhesive products will determine salability. PRODUCT(S) received in unsalable condition, in 3M's sole determination, will be destroyed with no credit issued. Postage paid labels will be supplied for Authorized returns where 3M is responsible paying freight costs. Credit will be issued upon 3M's receipt of authorized goods being returned in salable condition. A credit will be issued based on invoice value at the time of purchase, net of and terms allowed.
- 3M Error: 100% Credit. Freight Paid by 3M
- Product Quality Failure: 100% credit will be issued upon receipt of PRODUCT(S) if notified within 14 days of 3M ship date. Freight paid by 3M.
- Damaged Material: 100% credit or replacement of damaged PRODUCT(S) if notified within 14 days of 3M ship date. Freight paid by 3M.
- Standard Stock Returns – Inventory Returned within 2 weeks (14 days) of Shipment date: 100% Credit if notified within 14 days of 3M ship date. Freight Paid by customer. A copy of the packing list must accompany the returned merchandise.
- Standard Stock Returns – Inventory returned over 2 weeks (14 days): Credit will be issued at the sole discretion of 3M. 3M reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns after 14 days of shipment date. These fees apply unless the item is defective or damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. A copy of the packing list must accompany the returned merchandise. Freight Paid by customer.
Balt
Balt accepts returns only for defects in material or workmanship. See Warranty information below for more information.
BodyBilt
BodyBilt chairs are custom made for individual users and are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances.
Chief
All merchandise returned to Chief must be returned with a Return Authorization number provided by ErgoForm.com. Defective or product received incorrectly due to an error on Chief's or ErgoForm.com’s part will be credited to your account in full. In situations where the customer needs to return merchandise due to a change in its project/equipment or due to ordering incorrectly, a restock charge will apply as follows. Merchandise invoiced in the past 0-30 days - 10%; 31-60 days - 15%; 61-90 days - 25%. Reduced fees may be given for an accompanying reorder of equal or greater value. Returns are not allowed for merchandise over 90 days old; electrical lift products; special order products, or discontinued merchandise. Products returned that are damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for credit unless they can easily be made saleable. Additional charges for parts and labor may apply.
Contour Design
You are welcome to return any Contour Design products that you desire within 30 days of your purchase. Retain your receipt and the original packaging and all of its contents, including all parts and manuals. Products travel much more safely when they are returned in packaging designed to ship them without excess room to bang around. Contour Design will pay the shipping for sending out a replacement model in the case of a damaged unit, but the Customer must pay for shipping for returning a perfectly functioning product. Contour Design will refund the full product cost. Ergoform.com will issue a Return Authorization number (RA Number). Please use this number in identifying your product when you ship it back to Contour Design. This number is helpful in expediting your refund or exchange. We ask that you ship your product back to us within 14 days of receiving an RA number otherwise your refund or exchange might be delayed.
ErgoCentric
Return authorization (RA) is required for all returned merchandise. Only packages that have an RA number clearly indicated on the outside of the box will be accepted by ErgoCentric Seating Systems. To obtain an RA number, please contact Ergoform.com. Shipping must be prepaid and ErgoCentric Seating Systems reserves the right to charge an additional restocking fee. Merchandise must be received in excellent condition and damaged returns will be subject to an additional charge. Custom fabricated merchandise cannot be returned for credit.
Due to variations in materials and color shades of which we have no control, all chairs are sold subject to minor variations or irregularities in color, texture and grain.
Evoluent
The product must be returned to Evoluent within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in new condition, and carefully packed in its original packaging, including all supplied materials and accessories, otherwise the product will be returned to you. Please contact Ergoform.com for return authorization before returning the product, otherwise the product will be returned to you.
Goldtouch
Product ordered incorrectly must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs both ways is paid by Goldtouch. A 15% restocking fee will apply to unopened product. A 50% restocking fee will apply to opened product. The one year warranty does not cover Abuse or Normal wear. After 30 days, any product incorrectly ordered, the customer pays for return of merchandise and for delivery of correct merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will apply to unopened product. A 50% restocking fee will apply to opened product.
If product is damaged or inoperable upon receipt, within 30 days Goldtouch will pay to have the products returned and tested. If product tests non-defective or damaged by human error then customer pays all shipping costs for return to Goldtouch and back. After 30 days customer must pay to have items sent back for testing. If defective, Goldtouch will return at our cost. If not customer pays all shipping costs.
Humanscale
All returned and non-damaged refused orders are subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Seating and special order returns will not be accepted. Customer must request a Return Authorization through the ErgoForm.com Customer Service Department within 45 days of product receipt to return any product. If Humanscale agrees to restock the product, customer must return it freight prepaid to Humanscale, F.O.B., to the original shipping point or as otherwise instructed by ErgoForm.com Customer Service. If product is returned without a Return Authorization, Humanscale will notify customer of the unauthorized return and customer must provide instructions for its disposition within one week thereafter. Failure of customer to respond within one week will result in Humanscale’s right to dispose of the product with no credit. Return Authorizations expire sixty (60) days after the date of issue. If the returned product is not in resalable condition, customer will not receive credit for the return.
Izzy Hag
Each Izzy Hag product is custom made to our customer’s desired specifications and therefore is not returnable. Any exception must have prior approval from Ergoform.com and will incur up to a 50% restocking fee. Approved returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer to Izzy Hag. Collect shipments will be refused and any associated freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon approval by Izzy Hag, credit will be given for the original price of the product less any restocking fees (up to 50% of the original purchase price).
Neutral Posture
All merchandise returns must be pre-approved by the factory and sent freight prepaid. Contact the Customer Service Department at Ergoform.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number for any return. RAs are valid for thirty (30) days and any returned merchandise without an RA number will be refused.
No deductions from any NP invoices can be made for return merchandise until it is approved by the factory. No deductions will be honored until returned goods are processed through our Quality Control Audit.
All returns for cancelled orders must be pre-approved by the factory and sent freight prepaid. No returns will be authorized unless our inventory allows it, the parts are in good reusable condition, and it was sold within the last three (3) months. Authorized returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee, by agreement, to cover handling, inspection, stocking and repackaging.
Nightingale
Nightingale chairs are custom made for individual users and are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances.
Plantronics
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the purchased items, for any reason, for a full refund. Plantronics will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of their error.
RightFit
All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer must request a Return Authorization through ErgoForm.com within 30 days of product receipt to return any product. Customer must return product in the original packaging freight prepaid to RightFit. Return Authorizations expire fifteen (15) days after the date of issue. If the returned product is not in resalable condition, Customer will not receive credit for the return.
Via
Returns are not accepted without prior consent from VIA and must have an RA# (Return Authorization Number) assigned by Ergoform.com. Authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge depending on the reason for the return. Shipping costs for returned merchandise must be pre-approved by Ergoform.com. Ergoform.com will not be responsible for any additional charges not pre-approved.
VuRyte

Workrite
Authorization is required for the return of any merchandise to Workrite. Upon receipt and inspection, Workrite will determine credit amount and notify Ergoform.com of any discrepancies. Ergoform.com will credit or refund the value of the product total and any taxes you were charged, less applicable fees (excluding delivery charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles. Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return. Requests for return authorization must be made within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once an RA number is issued, returned product must be received at Workrite within 30 days. Credit can only be given if the product is in new, re-saleable condition. Custom products and special configurations are non-returnable. Unauthorized product returned on the RA number will not be credited. Claims for product damaged on the return shipment are the responsibility of the shipper. The customer is required to pay the return freight costs.
Zoom Seating
Requests to return merchandise must be submitted to Ergoform.com for approval. Returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee plus freight. Authorized returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number along with return shipping instructions. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and be returned in the original shipping cartons. The Return Authorization Number must be written on all cartons. Unauthorized returns will be refused by Zoom Seating.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products at ErgoForm.com carry varying warranties depending upon the Manufacturers’ policies. Please read below for these policies. In all cases, please refer to the individual Manufacturers’ literature for complete warranty information.
3M
Glare filters are warranted for One (1) Year from the date of purchase.
Balt
Balt, a Division of MooreCo, Inc. warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that the Balt furniture product line will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Should your furniture product fail due to defects in material or workmanship, Balt, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product at its facility, without cost to you, with the exception of shipping charges to our facility. Balt will ship the repaired furniture product to the consumer/purchaser the best way, free of charge. Balt will provice payment for all shipping charges for defective/malfunctioning furniture product within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance of the furniture products from Balt, which is the consumer/purchasers’ sole responsibility. This warranty also does not cover damage to the furniture products from Balt due to abuse, neglect, accident, modification of the furniture, or damage during shipping.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty of Balt and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. In no event shall Balt be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Balt will advise you of the procedure to follow in making warranty claims. Contact Balt at 1-800-749-2258. Please have ready your model number, description of product, description of defect, proof of original purchase, purchasers name, address, area code, and telephone number. Products returned to Balt without a Return Authorization will be refused.
BodyBilt
For the average user, up to 300 lbs, each chair comes with a 10 year warranty on the parts most used on the chair. For users in excess of 300 lbs, the warranty is 3 years on most chairs.
Chief
With the exception of electric, gas cylinder and one-way bearing mechanisms, Chief warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years. All warranties are in effect beginning the date the product was shipped by Chief. Electrical mechanisms (such as lift products) have a 1-year limited warranty. Gas cylinder and one-way bearing mechanisms have a 5-year limited warranty. All warranties are in effect for the original purchaser only. Chief disclaims liability for any modifications, improper installation and/or installations over the specified weight capacity. Chief also disclaims liability for any modifications made to electrical mechanisms, improper installation, incorrect voltage connection and/or installations over the stated weight capacity. All Electrical Mechanisms are intended for indoor use only and failure to comply will void warranty. Chief's sole warranty obligation to the owner of its products is to repair or replace (at Chief's discretion) defective products at no charge to the original purchaser within the warranty period. The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to Chief Manufacturing via prepaid shipping. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chief disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. Chief will not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use Chief products, even if Chief has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Chief bears no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, any labor charges for the repair of Chief products performed by someone other than a Chief employee. Because some states and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply. Chief will not be responsible for damage to Chief products caused by misuse, abuse, failure to properly package the product for return to Chief or for damage caused by carriers during shipment to or from Chief. Any repairs to Chief products required due to misuse, abuse or shipping damage or repairs of defective Chief product outside the warranty period will be performed at the current rates established by Chief for factory service.
Contour Design
Rollermouse Products warranted for Two Years. Contour Mice and Perfit Mice warranted for One Year.
We warrant our products from factory or manufacturing defects for the period of time listed above. We will work with you directly to diagnose the problem and exchange the defective unit with a properly functioning product.
Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover accidental damage that results from misuse or unintentional damage. We do not want to enumerate in legal terms everything that can wrong with our products. We prefer, instead, to use simple terms: If there is a functional defect due to faulty manufacturing, we will replace the product. If you dropped our product or spilled liquid on it, or damaged it in some other way, we cannot cover the damage under our warranty.
ErgoCentric
ErgoCentric Seating Systems hereby warrants all of its Office Seating products against defects and functional failure of materials including the pneumatic lift, for as long as the chair is in use by the original purchaser, with the following exceptions: the mechanisms, arms, foam and fabric are warranted for ten years from the date of purchase. These warranties shall not apply to any products which must be replaced because of normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse or accident, shipping damage, or product use other than in accordance with written instructions and warnings. ergoCentric makes no warranty that any of its products are suitable for any particular purpose and makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. In no event shall ergoCentric be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or direct, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages. This warranty is based on an eight hour work day only for users weighing up to 280 lbs.
Plus Size and Task Intensive Seating
The mechanisms, arms, foam and fabric are warranted for five years from the date of purchase. The Plus Size seating warranty is valid for users weighing up to 400 lbs. For all Task Intensive seating, the warranty is valid for continuous use multi-shift operations for users weighing up to 300 lbs.
Warranty Claims
ergoCentric will repair or replace any product or materials, covered by this warranty, found to be defective or inferior within the warranted period. This warranty includes the cost of labor and shipping. Claims are to be made directly to ergoCentric or to the authorized dealer from whom the chairs were purchased. Product or materials for which a claim has been made, must be made available for inspection by an authorized ergoCentric representative.
Limit of Warranty
These manufacturer’s warranties shall be valid only during the term of these warranties; and while the products herein warranted are in the possession of the original purchaser. The original purchaser shall mean the party which first purchased the products for its own use whether from ergoCentric or an authorized ergoCentric dealer.
Serial Numbers
For fast and easy reference, our database tracks all chair specifications and customer information by serial number. This system makes reordering chairs easy and allows us to make repairs or modifications in one visit.
Evoluent
Please first contact tech support at help@evoluent.com to verify the problem. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. Defective products are replaced with any available identical or similar products. Refund is not available for products purchased more than 30 days before the product is returned.
Goldtouch (Key Ovation)
There is a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Within 30 days Goldtouch (Key Ovation) will pay to have the products returned and tested. If product tests non-defective or damaged by human error then customer pays all shipping costs for return to Key Ovation and back. After 30 days customer must pay to have items sent back for testing. If defective, Key Ovation will return at our cost. If not customer pays all shipping costs. The one year warranty does not cover Abuse or Normal wear.
Humanscale
THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Light Bulbs, Customer’s Own Material (COM, COL): No Warranty
Switch Mouse: 1 Year
Diffrient Light, Fabric/Cushions: 5 Years
M4 & M7 Monitor Arms with Gas Cylinder Components: 10 Years
All Other Products, Detailed in a Current Price Guide: 15 Years
This Warranty is applicable to the initial purchaser only and is nontransferable. If products are procured through authorized Humanscale Dealerships, the end-user customer must be registered with Humanscale for the warranty to be in effect. Humanscale warrants that, at the time of customer’s receipt, the product will be in good working order and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper installation or operation. Humanscale will not be responsible for damage due to service, maintenance, modifications or tampering by anyone other than a Humanscale authorized representative. In the event a product is defective and Humanscale receives written notice of the defect within the Warranty period, Humanscale, at its option, will either repair or replace the defective product. This Warranty does not cover damage caused by a carrier or transportation of the product from one location to another, or alterations made by owner.
Izzy Hag
Izzy warrants the products sold by izzy and its subsidiaries to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the warranty periods detailed below, under normal use. This warranty covers products sold and delivered for use within the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This warranty is extended only to the first end-user of new products purchased for their own use, and not for resale, from izzy, its subsidiaries or its authorized dealers.
Normal use as defined under this warranty is wear and tear that occurs during a 40-hour work week (8-hour day) when the product is used by a person weighing 250 pounds or less. When products are subject to use that exceeds the normal use stipulated by this warranty, they are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, in lieu of foregoing warranties.
Lifetime: Pneumatic lift
10 years: Structure and frame; control mechanism; base; arms and arm pads; HÅG H09 Inspiration mesh; and HÅG FutuKnit
Neutral Posture
Neutral Posture, Inc. warrants all Neutral Posture Seating and N·hancements® Accessories to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the product's lifetime. Normal use is defined as wear which occurs in an office environment during the course of a normal single-shift usage workday (8 hours/per day/5 days per week).
This lifetime warranty shall be for all lines and components except as noted: chair controls, arms and plastic components are warranted for ten (10) years. Fabric is warrantied for three (3) years. The fabric warranty does not include leather, Ultraleather, NovaSuede, UltraSuede, Finesse or COM and COL. The Inflatable Lumbar is covered for five (5) years.
NP's warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at NP's option, of defective products which have been reported by the original purchaser to be defective in workmanship or material and which are found to be so by NP upon inspection. Defective products shall be returned at the discretion of the factory, and all returns must be authorized in advance. NP will assume no responsibility for any labor charges unless agreed to in writing by NP's Corporate Office.
Freight for products and parts covered under warranty will be covered for the forty-eight (48) contiguous states with the method of shipping at Neutral Posture’s discretion.
The user shall be responsible for all maintenance service, which includes: lubricating and cleaning of the product, assembly, adjustment and performing operation checks.
NP will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident or if the user fails to perform the maintenance service referred to above.
The warranty printed above is the only warranty applicable to these products. All other warranties expressed or limited, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
Nightingale
The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only for NIGHTINGALE products listed herein, and manufactured after January 1st, 2009, and applies to products delivered to customers in Canada and the United States of America.
Under the NIGHTINGALE Warranty, all claims must be made within the time period specified herein. This Warranty begins with the date of purchase from the Nightingale Dealer by the original purchaser, and applies as follows:
Lifetime Limited: all non-moving metal parts.
10 Years: Control mechanisms, casters, pneumatic cylinders, self-skinned urethane parts, and plastic shells.
5 Years: Upholsteries.
The NIGHTINGALE Warranty is based on normal use within a normal commercial office setting of single shift, eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, by individuals of 250 lbs or less.
Plantronics
We at Plantronics realize that customer satisfaction depends not only on how the product works out of the box, but how well it performs over time. We are so confident in the quality, reliability and dependability of our products that we offer a full two year warranty on all our commercial products and a one year warranty on all non-commercial products.
During the designated warranty period, Plantronics will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship. No charge will be made for returned units of the commercial products which have "No Trouble Found."
The warranty period lasts for 24 months on commercial products and 12 months for non-commercial products from the date of purchase.
RightFit
RightFit products are warranted for a period of five (5) years from the initial date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to the initial purchaser only and is nontransferable. RightFit warrants that, at the time of customer’s receipt, the product will be in good working order and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper installation or operation. RightFit will not be responsible for damage due to service, maintenance, modifications or tampering by anyone other than a RightFit authorized representative.
Via
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the purchased items, for any reason, for a full refund. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Products covered by this warranty will be either repaired or replaced at VIA’s discretion. Product repair or replacement of any defective part is the customer’s exclusive remedy for any and all product defects. Labor is not included. VIA accepts no other responsibilities or liabilities. Only those items free of misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, unauthorized repair, or damage by fire, flood, or other acts of God will be covered. This warranty applies to all VIA products manufactured after July 1, 2007.
Applicable Warranty Periods
• All foam cushions, structural components, and non-moving parts are warranted for life.
• Adjustable arms, pneumatic cylinders, and casters are warranted for ten (10) years.
• Seating mechanisms (i.e. adjustment controls) are warranted for six (6) years.
• The performance of VIA’s in-stock fabrics and leathers are warranted against defects for two (2) years.
• Mesh back fabric is warranted against defects over and above normal wear and tear for two (2) years.
Warranty Exceptions
• Normal wear, fading, and COM/COL are not covered under this warranty.
• VIA does not warranty the matching of colors, patterns, or dye lots, except to within commercially acceptable standards.
• The Air Lumbar Support System is warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• Custom products have no warranty.
• Warranties which cover multiple shifts (for use that exceeds 8 hours per day) are available for all VIA products. Please contact the VIA customer service department for details on multiple shift warranties.
VuRyte

Workrite
Workrite warrants to the original purchaser that the products it manufactures are free from defects in design, material and workmanship. Subject to the limitations below, Workrite warrants each product to be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. With prompt written notice, Workrite will repair or replace, free of charge, any product, part or component which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. The following exceptions to the limited lifetime warranty apply:
• Electric components, motors and manual crank mechanisms are limited to 5 years.
• Thermofoil laminate tops are warranted for 5 years.
• Customs, Modesty Screen fabric, “specials” and Lycra gel palm rests are warranted for 2 years.
Workrite’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing any product or part that it determines to be defective after inspection by its authorized representative, following receipt of written notice of the defect from purchaser within the warranty period. This warranty shall apply to the original purchaser only, is nontransferable, and is not applicable outside the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This warranty is based on normal installation and use of the product in an 8-hour shift. This warranty does not apply to:
• Damage in shipment caused by a carrier
• Defects caused by improper installation
• COM or third party materials applied to the products
• Customer modifications to the product
• Products subject to improper use and conditions.
• Any product that has been modified, altered, tampered with or repaired by any person other than an authorized representative of Workrite.
Zoom Seating
Zoom Seating warrants to the original purchaser that seating products are free from defects in design, materials and workmanship under normal use and care (standard eight hour work day, five days per week) as long as owned by the original end user, for a Lifetime period from the date of purchase. This includes all chair components including pneumatic cylinder, mechanism, base and casters. Hot Rod, Speedy, Ribbon Frames and Café Height Tables are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Speedy casters are warranted to be free from defects in design, materials and workmanship under normal use and care for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase.
This warranty does not include defects from misuse, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipment, handling, storage or environmental conditions. Any modifications to Zoom Seating products by the purchaser, purchaser’s employees or agents, void this warranty.
